
Eat Right and Stay Fit
I developed The Freedom from Food Plan in response to my patients who had previously been unsuccessful in losing weight using diets and calorie counting measures. The plan worked so well, I expanded it to my ‘chronic pain patients’ and soon realized that their relief was dramatically affected for the better. I also found that their flexibility and strength increased rapidly, as well. With the added strength, now their chance for relapse has been substantially lessened.The Freedom from Food plan is purely a common sense approach with a twist, which sets it apart from anything else that you have heard of. I t can be used by anyone. It works because we isolate foods which we are stuck on, or plainly stated, give us the most trouble. We understand our strengths/ weaknesses and then use a group approach in overcoming the obstacles which have been responsible for our previous failures.
