Stretch and Excercise, Eat Right.

You should check with your Medical Doctor before starting any weight regimen.
This program requires that you eat a predetermined menu plan which you commit to on a daily basis. The plan calls for a daily call to a fellow participant where you give next day’s food plan to. Every night a prayer to your higher power is required for strength, honesty and hope.

The menu plan is a moderate to low carbohydrate type which does not omit them (carbs), rather limits them in quantity and the time of day. Basically, I endorse eating more carbohydrates and larger meals earlier in the day. I don’t believe in changing the ‘good foods’ from your routine…just limit the problem foods, eat in a routine manner pre-planning your menu’s and repeating them one day at a time.

We will learn to eat 4-6 spaced out meals of smaller sizes, never feeling ‘hunger pangs’ or the feeling of being ‘famished’.

We will weigh ourselves only once a month in this program. Weighing in more frequently can seriously affect the success that is achieved and is not advisable.

We will drink at least 8 glasses of distilled water daily to flush out cellular waste and toxins. This will keep us less hungry and prevent dehydration.

The program will work if we communicate with each other. We must share our victories as well as our mistakes. Weekly meetings will help bring our group together.

Exercise will play an integral role in our weight reducing and shaping of our new bodies.
This should be performed 5-6 days per week and the duration will start at 30 minutes/daily. This can be divided into 2 sessions if you wish. Slowly, we will increase the daily exercise time to 60 minutes.

I created this site to help people suffering from spinal pain which is either recurring or seemingly, ‘never going away’. I have developed a system which will help a large portion of these sufferers, no matter how severe or debilitating the case. I will also outline my bout with the ‘pain syndrome which came ever so close to ending my career’ and possibly my life. That dreadful experience is now my strength and inspiration in helping others regain pain-free living.

This website will contain helpful maneuvers which can be performed at home and in public places. You can follow along with video clips as well as still photos and a simple course outline. If your spinal condition calls for weight loss…I have also developed a weight loss program named, ‘Freedom from Food’, which will help shed the pounds without dieting or counting calories.
