O.K., I couldn’t pull off a ‘daily double’.
I told you guys that yesterday was going to be a daily double. Swimming in the morning and an easy yoga class in the evening. I fell back in my leather chair after a very high protein(3 sirloin burgers) and you guessed it…Crashed!!! I got busy on the website with my friends at Icon Press, and shoud have it up and running in a few weeks. Thanks, Jonathan
Exercise today is going to be a 40 min executive type work-out concentrating on core(squats, lunges and planks). I’m also going to put on the gloves and hit the heavy bag. I hope you folks could fit an hour of exercise into your schedule. See you soon, Marshall
